Reed Buntings.

Beautiful birds.
A question: If you didn't have to, would you take an aeroplane, knowing that a volcano had erupted spilling ash? ---I know I wouldn't.

  1. Good to see one knows his birds, we have these little birds here I had a feeling they where not sparrows they do not move like sparrows.
    problem is they are not in my id book. SO thanks Bob ! bringing my Local Luxor birds up to 67 species.

  3. There are absolutely adorable pics! and no, right now I am happy that I must not fly, but in mid-May we would like to fly to the Canary Islands and I hope that has eased the situation until then really.

  7. I think these birds are the ones that visit in the back yard. There are always several and they get bird seed in the grass that I sprinkle there in the mornings.
