The Owl

If you had been waiting for my blog, (unlikely), it was a showery day, and I couldn't take one. So, I have dipped into my past. The Owl is something called (wood owl) or I couldn't remember what it's called.

Canada Geese (Lydney boating lake)

Yes, it WAS an awful morning. But, by 1 o'clock, it started to get some sun.......yipeeeeeee. And, it even brought out the Canada Geese. It still left us with a huge wind!

Wood Pigeon (Cyril Hart Arboretum)

It was nearly rain, it had just stopped it. The Wood Pigeon was the best that I can snap off. Not a good day!

Great Spotted Woodpecker

It was full of showers, every time I started to take a picture, down it came stopping any photographing. Still its bound to stop! Well, I couldn't take one, so, here is one from the archives.

This is one of my favourites, attacker of all that comes in his way, especially the Tits. But, it looks so furtive.
