Dandelion

It wasn't nice out and about the countryside, mostly cloudy. It's not for taking pictures. But I managed this one.

I'm not sure what the name of this, maybe it's a beetle or something. It was found climbing a wood stack. It could live there! It looks like its habitat.

Assassin Fly?

I am not sure if this is the Assassin Fly, but I couldn't get it from all my books. If it is, it goes and catches other flies and sometimes also carried out in flight and then sucked dry. Nasty!!!!!!!!!!!

Stock Dove

This morning was dismal, so I discounted it. The afternoon there was a little bit better, and, according to the weather people, it will be super weekend. It will be the best for a long while! Do you believe them?

Growing pains

It was still raining, but not as much. I was under a tree waiting for the rain to stop, when I saw this mushroom, growing on top of waste soil. It seems to be happy.
