Broad-bodied Chaser at The Marshes, Lydney

I met Brian Thomas, the guy who owns a "Tramper", all-terrain buggy for the disabled. We now have two the same, though his is younger than mine. He also shared in making of Deanbirders website. We went down onto The Marshes, which is the name that was given to it before they built a barrier to stop the River Severn. This is a lovely place with the wildlife in abundance. It was the first dragonfly of the season.

It was a lousy day, not much happening. Cannop Ponds again! I have another lens that has gone and broke, it was not my fault. Its only 3 months since I had it, and now it doesn't work at all. Still, it should be under warranty!

Yahna's birthday

This is Yahna, my beautiful daughter. She was 19 years “young” today. You might not like her fathers’ ugly mug, but it shows how it’s wonderful she is. Well, I think so! Happy birthday Yahna xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
