Hawfinch (Forest of Dean)

These were taken in the shade and 100 metres from me. So, they are not too good. But, it was the first in the this year. Tomorrow, I shall try again, which I could much closer, I think. These were heavily cropped.

Raven or Carrion Crow? (Forest of Dean)

I think they are Raven, or Carrion Crows. But, the sounds is alright and it is a lot more bigger than the CCs.

Monarch butterflies (danaus plexippus)

It was easy getting the Monarch here, I was rather cheeky, it was part of a Zoo, at Symonds Yat. Never mind, I'll show you some more another day.

They were enjoying themselves.

Smew (Mergus albellus)

Drizzle, drizzle, drizzle.........................................I should not criticise about the weather, because,  we are going to have some nice weather, yea. It is scruffy bag of tricks time.

Linnet (The 'Dump', Naas Lane, Lydney)

It won't take it anymore, spring is here, and soon be leaves all over the trees. But, now we can enjoy the Linnets.
