Miss Blackbird (Lydney, by the old Canal.)
I am about to tell you what the weather was, well, I'm going too anyway. The morning was foggy, deep deep fog, I didn't think it was time to fiddleing with my fingers. Then, 13.30pm it got better, until it was fully sunny. So, I took a helluva load of pictures, here is one to show you.

A bad news day, fog, rain and no light for taking a photo with. The Waxwings will make your hearts warm.
I went out to see if I could catch them at it, the latest report was St Briavel's, Forest of Dean. But, there wasn't anything, except fog, fog, and more fog. So, I found these.............

Snow had not arrived in my town, Lydney, but it did in the Forest of Dean. My favourite place was definitely off, the Forestry Commission had put it "out of order" sign.

For all the people and birds, animals, insects, flowers, trees, etc etc etc, who live in the southwest of England, we can be the only ones without snow. But, it is cold...................
