Female Mallard Duck
Black-headed Gulls
I'm terribly sorry, I have put in about the the B-H Gulls, and you must wait a while, but, I had a new camera and lens that Brian (http://www.brianswildlifephotos.blogspot.com/) lent me. And it turned out pretty good. Everything was going my way....

Coots at Cannop Ponds (Forest of Dean).

Not very good of the Coot. I must admit it, my camera or lens have bitten the earth, no ........use at all. I had to do with 30D, and the lens......I have not an other. Now I purchased one Canon EOS 7D, so I can carry that until it falls ill. And lens, well I was lucky, there was Brian (http://www.brianswildlifephotos.blogspot.com/) who was willing to lend me 300mm. Really good. Bravo Brian.

Went to the Marshes today, but, there was nothing except the Swans. If tomorrow is fine, I will try somewhere else, and I think is Cannop Ponds.

House Sparrow (Harbour Road, Lydney)

At Harbour Road, Lydney, there were Grey Heron, Coots, Canada Geese and birds I can't mention. And a few House Sparrows, who make it their home. This is where they stop and make little birds. Ohhh...

Raven (Forest of Dean)

It didn't last very long, the weather. But, there were some sunny intervals. Anyway, I didn't want to talk about that, I came to a place where the Ravens spend some of its time there. I caught it there, unfortunately I only got it from halfway up. Never mind!
