Nuthatch (Cyril Hart Arboretum)


The time has come for the Nuthatches. It is a regularly feeding point for some people that love birds. And, so do I. It is nice to see them eating so well.

I am terribly sorry for the photography, it is from my archives. I was in Cardiff with my son, who had to enroll in the college. Why there? Because he was learning music, and Cardiff was the closest to our house.

Starlings in a dismal light (Lydney, Naas Lane)

You think that counting them should be easy, but just as you had reached 250, and possibly 1000, they flew up and made a spectacular image of themselves. Thanks for that!
