Tarri. (R.I.P)

Tarri was the best dog you ever could meet, kind and sharing of things. She used to come everywhere with me, birdwatching, butterflies, dragonflies and everything that nature holds.
I had her from 8 weeks to now at the great old age of 16. People everywhere that saw her as a caring dog, she used to run alongside me, (me on the scooter), and did lot of miles.

I love mushrooms, but not this one. It is a Bracket fungus, at least I think it is. I photographed this one at Parkend.

The Grey Wagtail is forever hunting on rivers for little insects. Sometimes they seem to be stagnant, and then it has seen its prey and goes running after. They seem quite friendly, and why not. I for one wouldn’t hurt it.

The picture was taken at Mallards Pike, the place where all those people seem to gather. I really don't know why, maybe it's something going on; there's a strange thing that you have to hang in the air while it is being swung about. Go Ape, that is what they they call it. It is a nice spot to have a picnic, surrounded by other people! Occasionally, you can get a little time alone and can see lots of nature. The statue is of a frog with a mermaid riding on its back.

The Coot was one of a few that were living at Cannop Ponds. They were squabbling and fighting, I think it must be the time to get ready for mating.
