Hello Bob, Beautiful photos of the Redshank. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, enjoy your day! Have a happy weekend! PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
Perfect portraits of this charming shorebird! Those legs, what an appropriate name they have! (The red frames set these off beautifully.). Stay well my friend!
Sorry for the late visit, Bob - I've been away! Your delightful shots of the Redshank have, sadly, reminded me that I have not seen this species this year. If it hadn't been for this awful virus I'd have seen many of them in the Outer Hebrides in May. Keeping my fingers crossed for better luck in 2021, but will not be surprised if I'm disappointed again.
Take great care and stay safe - there's a long way to go before we see then end of this curse, with too many people just ignoring the safety rules and advice. Best wishes - - - Richard
Thanks Richard. This is a bad year, I haven't been too far, about 3 miles. Hence I didn't take photos, make it will be a better year, but, I don't think so.
Wading bird.
