Black-headed Gull in full plumage (Chroicocephalus ridibundus)
A bad morning, but it wasn't too bad this afternoon. So, off I went to try my new lens, and I thought it was quite nice. I will be trying it out over the next week, so sorry, I will be putting up the regulars.
Beautiful gull, love his shades of grey , he has something pensive of his mind though by the look of his eyes. He is just a wee bit ruffled about something. Good Steely Grey (goes with the feather color ;) ~love the instrumentals!
some super lens. I watch in awe at the photos you have shown already, can't imagine what you're going to do to top them. Are you going to peer into the iris of an eagle in flight for us Bob? A whole new ball-game just in that lens I can see.
Great portraits Bob, well photographed, my compliments. Congratulations on your new lens, I am very curious about the photos you are going to make this. Greetings Irma
Very, very nice and wow that is some lens...I do not know how much more spectacular your images can get, but am thinking soon we shall know. Have a happy weekend Bob~
Lucky dog you, I've been drooling after a new telephoto lens for quite a while but sadly too many other bills are coming in ahead of it. Nice shots and have fun with it!
