Bob, these are fantastic. And much better than my own attempts today. I went for the Pied Bill Grebe and her chicks.....found the Pied Bill Grebe but no tiger chicks:) They stayed in hiding. I've got to go back but it's ridiculous hot here. Funny that we both were on the same page today:) And that is one beautiful Grebe!
How sweet are these! I have never been witness to any adult behavior, by which they carry the young on their backs and always find such images fascinating. I wish the mallards would do this, maybe then turtle would not claim so many young~
Ah....this is so cute, Bob. Not very good? What do you mean. I think they are fantastic. Is this the second brood of the Great Crested Grebe? Or don't they breed twice? Greetings, Joke
What do you mean it's not very good???? It's GORGEOUS! I am in love with the babies riding their mom's back. The black and white patterns in their heads blending against the graceful neck of the mom is beautiful! That is incredible...
Bob, you are fishing for compliments! :-) Not very good? Really Bob! I LOVE those photos - look at the reflection in the water and the pretty colors of the mummy duck! And the ducklings are just the sweetest things! You can held up your head high, such a good photographer you are! Very much appreciated! :-) So no need for fishing! Hihi...
Si on me demandait, mais comment Bob prends-t-il ses photos ? Je répondrai, avec un appareil photo, du talent et, beaucoup de patience. C'est ce que je crois vraiment. Belle journée à toi,
Lovely shots Bob! I love to see the little stripy chicks on the adults back!
