The Marbled White has a bad reputation, according to Bob. When the sun is out, it starts to fly, I mean, it does not stop. Hard to get a photograph of it. And, when the sun decides to go inside, cloudy, the butterfly settles itself down, i.e. not photogenic. Hence, I took this one. Somebody will dispute it, but, I said it was "according to Bob".

ReplyDeleteWell done, I would have thought it almost impossible to catch one.
ReplyDeleteAccording to Mary...Bob is correct, for they are very much the same characteristics of our Zebra Butterflies. You got an exceptional image, while on this side of the pond, I have not ever managed one at all. Congrats!
