Only the second time I've spotted one, a bit far away I'm afraid, cut and added sharpener, ah well.
Please can you sign this petition to stop the proposed M4 over the Gwent Levels. I feel strongly about this because it is a place I visit a lot. The damage to the Gwent Levels along with Magor Marsh and the Newport Wetlands will be irreparable!
