  9. I was walking out of a store this morning and about 200 of them flew over, complaining the whole way. They seemed a bit confused about where they were going. It was multiple groups because they later broke up and went different directions. Sometimes they fly over our house and you can hear the honking and yelping even with the windows closed! I love 'em. We've lived here for more than 30 years and I still am amazed that we see FAR more Canada Geese than ducks here.

  17. More great shots, Bob! I'm not good at the various 'Canadas' but that last one certainly looks different with its small head and short neck. From reading the various descriptions on Birdguides (https://www.birdguides.com/articles/a-brief-guide-to-vagrant-canada-geese) I'd say it looks good for Cackling or Richardson's.

    Have a great Christmas - - - Richard
