  22. You captured the shine on those feathers beautifully, Bob. I'd be a lot happier about Jackdaws if they weren't such a problem for Little Owls. They steal their nests and incarcerate female Little Owls which are sitting on eggs, by building a nest of sticks on top of them so they starve to death.

  28. The chewing is not a welcome bird in the Netherlands.
    There are too many and they disturb the natural course of the smaller birds.
    However, your photos are beautiful to see.
