Hello Bob, awesome shots of the Crow. He has a mouthful there. Thank you so much for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy day and week ahead!
The only crow that I like is a dead crow. Being a country bred boy, I have seen what they do to new born lambs etc. and the city ones are rubbish bin scavangers, mess makers and bloody noise machines. Just tell me what is "nice" about them!! Colin
These shots you took are magnificent! So much detail in the eye and the feathers. I love watching Corvids too, they are quite interesting and after just a few minutes you can see how smart that they are.
A special bird! Looks like The rook (Corvus frugilegus). How do they differ? Greetings
ReplyDeleteYou can tell by its beak, one has black beak and other grey. Thanks Anne.
DeleteHi. Really stunning photography. Must be a delicious piece.
ReplyDeleteHi. Incredibly beautiful bird. The lower photo is just so gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realize just how smart crows are until I started researching them. Very smart! Nice shots!

I love crows. They're fun to watch. Their vocalizations are cool. Very cool how they collect colorful bits to adorn their territory.
ReplyDeleteBob, this is a prime specimen! Well shot!
ReplyDeleteThank you Robin.

ReplyDeleteI love them too. Intelligent, and family minded birds. And hard to photograph as well as you have.
ReplyDeleteThese corvids are so smart, I am surprised he didn't present you with a photography permit.
