  22. Swans of any sort are beautiful to watch. It's nice to see the cygnets and think of them growing in your summer while we have cold (for us) and rain in southern Australia.

    thanks a lot for your comment on my latest Rothenburg post.

    Swans and ducks with juveniles we have a lot on our small river called Tauber as well.
    On Saturday I saw a pair of swans with five grey juveniles - and one white one!

    Great shots of this impressive and majestic birds!

  32. Looking at the young ones with grey short feathers, who would have thought they will grow into something as beautiful as the adult swan! I always loved seeing ducks or even chicken with their young.
