What a beautiful little bird to capture on your first outing. He/she looks to be really enjoying the seed that you or someone else left too. Stay safe Bob.
So pleased to hear that you have managed to get out at last, Bob. I hope that Chaffinch didn't eat all that seed and lose the ability to fly! I have really enjoyed these shots, Bob, and am sitting here grinning from ear to ear.
How beautiful! And I'm so glad you were able to get out. We can get out in nature on the hiking trails because we don't see anyone else out there. But it sure has been different in other places. Being out in nature has helped keep us sane! I know you feel better now too.
I'm glad you are taking good care of yourself. I've got a huge backlog which I pluck goodies from-- generally from the same month (even week) as the present. I miss being out, but we are both too vulnerable to take chances for the time being. Cute little finch-- and great pictures.
Gorgeous bird :-D I go out walking so much and have no idea about birds. I really must learn :-D I know a little about ducks, as I feed them most days :-D Nice blog too :-D
