    A handsome male. Tufted Duck is a real rarity but does occur the odd time on Lake Ontario in the winter.

    Interesting--- I thought tufted ducks and something that looked more like a powder puff on their heads. No doubt mixing up my dux. I love this duck.

    The word that comes to mind is "dapper"... he looks like he's wearing a very clean white shirt with a black suit. (I know I am anthropomorphizing -- sometimes one just can't help it!)
