    1. No, it is not, they were nearly extinction, and the Slimbridge WWT came in time to save them. Tabor, you can read all about them in 'Wikipedia'.

  4. I wonder whether this delightful little goose will ever successfully reestablish itself in the wild. There is a small population in Hawaii but without constant human protection it is doubtful if it is viable.
