Hi Bob, Wonderful set of images of the Merlin, they are really a stunning little brd. I have seen three this last Winter and Spring and managed not a single image, they are so fast and fly so close to the ground. All the best, John

DeleteI think of Merlin as a small bird, but I’m not sure I would categorize them as a “tiny little bird.”
