Redwing - Turdus iliacus

    Super set of images of the Redwing, birds that we haven't had in large number around our area, for me anyway.
    They always seem to have a muddy beak.

  22. Hi Bob. Well done for capturing these very shy birds so beautifully with your camera. We seem to have had good numbers of them this year, although the Fieldfare which usually accompany them were not so numerous - until the 'beast from the east' came and then they were everywhere!
