Mediterranean Gull - Ichthyaetus melanocephalus

Only the second time I've spotted one, a bit far away I'm afraid,  cut and added sharpener, ah well.

Please can you sign this petition to stop the proposed M4 over the Gwent Levels. I feel strongly about this because it is a place I visit a lot. The damage to the Gwent Levels along with Magor Marsh and the Newport Wetlands will be irreparable!

Please look at my website bobswildlife.co.uk. There is a photo of a Common Sandpiper,  and  the Jackdaw by Callum in the 'Guest photographer'

  21. Nice bird - we had a regular Med Gull on one of the sites I worked on in Gateshead - only saw it in winter. It only had one leg - so it was called Monopod!!
