Spotted Redshank (Tringa erythropus)

I had to show you, I saw a Spotted Redshank, but it was far away, still, it was my lifer.

 Here with a Green Sandpiper

  4. He's quite a fellow! Funny-- I was seeing Sandpipers in the last site I visited, also very long in the beak. Great shots, and my congratulations for capturing him.

    Last time I saw it, in March, I caught it accompanied with the Common Redshank and the Common Greenshank. :-)
