Striated Caracara (Phalcoboenus australis)

The Striated Caracara comes from around the Falkland Islands, it's lenght is 58 - 65cm, that is why I couldn't get much of it in.
I'm sorry about the tinge of blue, I don't know why?

  2. Hello Bob,
What a beautiful pictures of this Striated Caracara.
In the eyes can see a beautiful reflection, I think I see you too.
The blue in the springs is probably also a kind of reflection.
    Best regards, Irma

  13. The beak color is close to my nail polish color. Maybe they should name nail polish after birds.
