n my land they are called San Antonio´s widows , I suppose is for that always they go like of half a mourning... They are beautiful and are of my favorite bird. When I was a child, I was lookin them to run tireless on the tiny paths that were opening over the snow... excellents images, Bob Happy weekend
Pied Wagtails are rather lovely but because they are so common, birders tend not to spend a lot of time looking at them. You remind us how we should admire the species Bob.
One of her cousin is visiting everyday our backyard right now! What a lovely one.
