  5. Not many in Scotland. They still have the rock pigeon but to be honest I can't tell the difference.
    Perfect shots as always.

  7. Pretty, lovely, sweet colours... Your photos are wonderful. In french we call him "Pigeon Ramier'
    Every day I feed the birds in my garden. Right now, I give them sunflower seeds to supplement their food, there are sparrows, tits, greenfinches, doves, pigeons come too. It's amazing to see pigeons, they gather, and at some point they will eat. It looks like a leader gives the start.

  26. Hello Bob, I do love the Pigeons, they are so gentle. In our former home a Bronzewing always chose to nest and bring up their family. Our Son used to raise pigeons too and it was wonderful to see the caring way in which he looked after them.
    It was such a delightful surprise to see your owl header photo as your blog uploaded.
