What a gorgeous colorful capture. Kingfishers have always been one of my favorites, we have them here in New England but not as colorful as that. Thanks for the share Bob.
this is a female?! That surprises me when it is SO rich in colour; I might wonder how the male outdoes it then? You got lovely photographs Bob; they are quite elusive for the photographer aren't they but you did well with your hefty lens
