I very much enjoyed these photos of the tree creeper Bob. The contrast of colors and texture is fantastic. Tree creepers are such fascinating little birds to watch .
Am I right in thinking that this wonderful little bird moves quickly and erratically? Which makes your shots very good indeed. Perhaps you are being a tad hard on yourself in your search for perfection.

Are you kidding us all?!! I think that what you posted about getting a good picture one day......you HAVE!! These are awesome, and they aren't an easy subject since they do move around so quickly.
I LOVE these ones Bob; but stay fired up and hungry to keep on capturing wonderful birds in the Forest of Dean .. and beyond. The colour on the tree trunks is beautiful
Such sweet little birds, so pretty and such fun to observe. I saw one yesterday, really close to the house, but I was taking a long distance call and got no images~
