Whooper Swan (Cygnus cygnus)

I found the Whooper Swan on the early summer, they had bred on the main island. It wasn't that great but, I had to show you.

  1. Very nice Bob, this Swan looks so friendly on your pictures and the yellow flowers are a nice in the background. In Holland we only see the Whooper swan in winter.

  2. I don't know if this is a lady or a gentleman, so I just call it "it".
It did a little dance for you, with its white wings spread so beautifully and its yellow beak matching the butter cups, the sea gulls watching.
I really find those photos wonderful, all this green and the shiny surface of the water, the birds - the joy showing in them.

I do not understand what you mean that was not so great, it looks great to me Bob!
