Green Sandpiper (Tringa ochropus)

I spotted this one on my way to Slimbridge, it is a Green Sandpiper, I am not 100% sure of that, but I think it is. I have a good clean image, I am pleased.

  3. BOB bonsoir il est magnifique j'adore tes oiseaux et je suis partie en Camargue mais les oiseaux se cachaient mais rien de grave car tu sais pour moi le principal est bien de les observer bise

  5. Hi Bob Yes I think you are correct. A Green Sandpiper. The legs should be greyish/green, not too obvious in the photo but the tail has broad wing bars and that can be seen very clearly in your photo. Margaret
