Mute Swan cygnet (Cygnus olor)

Got out today, nice weather. I only gave myself until 11.30, because I had lots to do. I caught this one, 8 months old cygnet.

  16. so this is still a juvenile swan; those fawn coloured feathers will turn to white about when I wonder? Fabulous close-ups as always; what a buzz you must get when you sit at your computer and look into them for the first time since taking them

  35. What a beauty. There's a young family of swans near Frank's place. Mother, father and cygnet. I'll have to get out to that spot with my camera sometime. Wonderful pics, Bob.
