Black-headed Gull in full plumage (Chroicocephalus ridibundus)

A bad morning, but it wasn't too bad this afternoon. So, off I went to try my new lens, and I thought it was quite nice. I will be trying it out over the next week, so sorry, I will be putting up the regulars.

  11. Beautiful gull, love his shades of grey , he has something pensive of his mind though by the look of his eyes. He is just a wee bit ruffled about something. Good Steely Grey (goes with the feather color ;) ~love the instrumentals!

  22. some super lens. I watch in awe at the photos you have shown already, can't imagine what you're going to do to top them. Are you going to peer into the iris of an eagle in flight for us Bob? A whole new ball-game just in that lens I can see.
