I haven't seen what the matter with my camera, I tried to go out, but trouble with coucil this morning and this afternoon was showers, I'll try again tomorrow. These are from 2011.
Today we had dark weather, and a woodpecker in our walnut tree cracking nuts--I searched for him high and low, but even with the field glasses couldn't catch him...but I knew he was there.
I love this little beauty you caught a picture of, Bob!
What is going on with the new camera?? Hopefully it's not defective. Love your nuthatch.
I just came back from vacation in an internet free zone up in the mountains. Had some beautiful birding up there but it was quite remote....and relaxing:) And there were plenty of the Nuthatches flying around:) Hope it clears up on your end. Chris
Such lovely photographs Bob! How do you always catch the exact right moment? :-) My husband camera went dead, now he is pondering, buying Sony or Canon? Do you have an opinion?
