Hooded Merganser ( Lophodytes cucullatus )

I went off to see if could catch the Wild Boar, unforatlely I got myself and my trusted Tramper in wet puddles, stuck out there with nobody to help. I  managed to get myself free. But, that's it for one day.

  11. Bob, today I went into the woods looking for berries and nuts, and stepped into something you don't want to step in--a lot of dogs hang out on that trail. That Hooded Merganser is astonishing the way he takes off (or is it a she?).

Your photography makes me happy :-)
