Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo)

It was a grey day today, that rhymes!!!!!!!!!!! I caught this bird while I was at Cannop Ponds, yesterday. The Cormorant is in the drying it's wings mood.

    You got a great catch ; } with these shot's!!
    Love those Mandarin's from yesterday's post, they are gorgeous..nice header too!!

  30. I recognized the bird directly. In recent years it has invaded our coast. They destroy the rocks with their faeces and takes great catches.

    I have not had them as close as you, also, I had only 300 mm of the camera. In my other blog from the 19/9, I have a picture of a number of cormorant.
    Think about your pictures, the bird is disliked, but gets really good at picture / brita
