Red-legged Partridge (Naas Lane, Lydney)

Today was showery, not very nice. I went out anyway, and I didn't expect anything. But I caught a Partridge, and he was very close. I was in my car, stopped, and ready for shooting.

  1. Bob, when he blinked, it was like 'Wow!' So, I think you see things most people don't even notice...and they are incredible, and you 'catch' them for us, and I always think WOW! That's a great artist...

  27. I love them! We have them here too - they are called: choglot. We see them often on our outings, but we never managed to get a decent photo. You Bob, of course did!!! That one feels quite content and not at all disturbed by you, closing and opening its eyes calmly!
