Poor Great Tit (Forest of Dean)

He has been attacked by the army of Tics, poor Great Tit. Sorry about the photos.

  3. Oh poor thing! Are you sure it was Tics? There is a type of avian pox which affects Tits with warty type growths on the head especially near the eyes and there has also been a mystery disease reported which is similar.

    The photos of the female Mallard on the last post were really superb Bob!!

  15. This too is Nature. I like to photo the fallen leaves, and 'back" sides of flowers, as well as struggling 'homeless' people. . . .

    Photography has real power, especially as you practice it, Bob.
