The people at Slimbridge WWT took a load of them down to Salisbury to let them go, and succeeded. Now, there are a new breed forBritain, just after 4 centuries.

Lovely photos of a very impressive bird Bob. How wonderful that it has been successfully re-introduced after so long! I hope their recovery continues and that they become more common throughout the country. I would love to see one!
