Lesser White Fronted Goose????????? (Slimbridge WWT)

About 30 of them flew down to feed or just rest. I am not sure which it is, Lesser or a White. But these were delightful.

  4. The Geese in your images are Lesser Whitefronts, but if your talking about the wild birds from the Holden tower, there much more likely to be Eurasian Whitefronts, as Lesser Whitefront is a Mega rarity!

  17. It`s a Lesser White-front Bob. The size should give it away, that and the extremely large white blaze that goes practically over its head, the banding marks are also less obvious on a Lesser than a European White-front.
    Great photos by the way!
