Bittern (Slimbridge WWT)

This one of my latest, first one I've seen and the latest to be photographed by me. I couldn't get all of it, still here is the upper part. He was walking between the reeds for about for 10 seconds, I was lucky.
As you can see, I have got the internet at last, or so seems. This was what the old internet provider, let's believe it that we don't happened again????????

  4. Great sighting, Bob! The Bitterns are shy birds aren't they. Always hiding in the tall grasses. Great captures.

  5. To dobrze,że masz znowu internet. Ptak chociaż śliczny, ale niemiły
:-), bo nie chciał Ci się cały pokazać :-). Mnie to nie przeszkadza oczywiście. Pozdrawiam.

It's good that you have internet again. The bird, although pretty, but nasty
:-), I did not want to show you all :-). I do not mind of course. Yours.

  37. El Avetoro es una especie en peligro de extinción en España. Yo no lo he visto nunca en la Naturaleza, por eso, poder hacerle una foto es lo más. Le has pillado inmóvil, como una garza que es. Buena foto.
