Redwing (The Old Canal, Lydney)

I photographed this bird on 3rd of December, but I just love it, so, here it is again, photos are from todays stint.

  16. Lovely series, Bob. I'm particularly taken with the last shot in the series. A wonderful reveal of its hidden colours.

    I think it is somewhat similar to the American Robin. Anyone else see the similarities?
