Silver-washed Fritillary (Forest of Dean)

Beautiful day, the sun didn't want to stop, so I went up to our Forest of Dean. That's where I photographed this little S-w Fritillary. It is my favourite, at least until I get something in the butterfly world.

Tonight's music is: Velvet Underground (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2FNI0SJnP0)

  11. How do you get them to stay put long enough to frame a shot? THE BOSS has even managed to do it with her little point and shoot but I can sit in a blind for hours on end with three cameras ready to go and zilch!

If you tell me that's not a real butterfly I'm coming over there and smudging all your lenses!
