The last blog was indeed a juvenile Black-tailed Skimmer, this one I know so well. It's a juvenile Pheasant, but I can't tell you whether it is different between sexes. If you have a desire to be a male, then watch out for the hunters!
It seems that male ones are much more beautiful than female ones, I heard it from a friend and I don't know whether it is right or not. Wish you a nice day. By the way, nice pics.
