Hawfinch (Forest of Dean)

These were taken in the shade and 100 metres from me. So, they are not too good. But, it was the first in the this year. Tomorrow, I shall try again, which I could much closer, I think. These were heavily cropped.

    I love the shade of these trees and not wonder the birds are so happy as it looks there.

  15. You know this is still a bird I've to add on my list. Never seen it!!! I like these shots as they show them in their environment. I saw that you did not get them today but I guess you will get them one day ;-) THe willow warblers shots are really ncie too!
