Lovely photos again Bob. We don't see as many House Sparrows as we used to, a lot of people round here have replaced the wood under the eaves of their houses with plastic so the sparrows can't get into the lofts to nest anymore. A shame as they are such perky little birds.
The cygnet photos on the last post were really lovely. Also good luck with your Forest of Dean campaign!
It's funny how the House Sparrow is not as common as it once was in the UK, but in the States, they are everywhere and sometimes considered a nuisance bird.
Nice to see them where they belong!
