Cormorant (Lydney boating lake)

This Cormorant might be rather young, it is the way she/he keeps on smiling. Don't you think?

  5. Yes they do like they smile, lol. We used to have many in our pond for many years, but then this year is the first time I have not seen even one. Just like that they moved some where else. Excellent images, it is amazing bird, I always was amazed about their feet like a duck, and to be able to sit on the high trees. Anna :)

  6. Great photos of a bird not so well liked by fishermen. Lovely compositions.

  7. Lovely shots Bob. I like these birds; but then I'm not a fisherman lol
Like Bill says, they're not popular with them.
They always remind me of a Loch Ness monster when they swim like that :)

  8. Ciao Bob, in China I saw these birds with a technique addestrarev terrible, the ring around his neck that prevents him from eating the fish caught is very cruel to me.

P.S. Thanks for the nice words on my post

  11. Chris, I was a bit close.

    Anna,
I see that you think that they smile.

    Bill, sad ain't it!

Looks like a Loch Ness monster Keith, I never thought like that, your right of course.

Elettra, that is terrible, it needs banning.

    Glennis, you're right.
