Common Pheasant (Lydney)

I was driving along in a secluded road, when I saw two Pheasants having a fight. So I just happened to have my camera set up and waiting for something. And it was just ready to fire off a photograph or more. They were not moving because I was there, in fact, they wouldn't care. After 5 minutes, it started to rain, and a bit on the heavy and it started to bring hailstones. That made them break up and run to hide.

  3. Bob was watching two males outside the van earlier, they seem to peck the ground whilst facing each other.

  7. I suspect it is "that" time of year when males brawl to win the female's favors.
