Everything we have here is under the weather, looking to us to supply food and water as snow and ice covers their world.
I just looked out the window of my office and saw: White breasted Nuthatch, Red breasted Nuthatch, Tufted Titmouse, Starlings, House Finch, Mourning Doves, and of all things, Sharp shinned Hawk just flew in and scared the rest off. I got several dozen pictures of it. The hawks come here to find their meals since there is always a congregation of birds here eating or who come here to eat.
He's after food.
